ANNA FAILE, Paralegal
Anna lives in James Island and is originally from Greenville, South Carolina. She moved to Charleston in 2014 to attend the College of Charleston. In May of 2018, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English, with a double minor in Business Administration and Sociology.
Anna has worked a variety of jobs while in school, from tutoring kids in reading and writing to customer service, all commonly linked by her desire to help others. She became interested in the legal field her senior year of college, and following graduation, she enrolled in University of South Carolina’s paralegal certification program. While taking classes and working at Briggs & Inglese, Anna has become more excited about the prospects of a career in law.
CHRIS PHILLIPS, Interpreter
Chris and Dawn Phillips have served the Hispanic community together for the last 20 years in Costa Rica, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Charleston, SC. Chris is currently pastoring the Iglesia Bautista Victoria on James Island, SC. Chris and his wife completed advanced Spanish studies in Costa Rica and are completely fluent in Spanish. They consider it a privilege to serve the Latino community in any way possible.
SHANEQUA PALMER, Legal Assistant
Shanequa Palmer is a native Charlestonian and lives in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Charleston Southern University in 2014. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Counseling at Webster University and is aspiring to be a Licensed Professional Counselor. Shanequa has a passion for helping children in need. Shanequa has previously worked for the Guardian ad Litem program and the South Carolina Department of Social Services.
